About Phillip

Building has always been a hands-on pursuit for me — rooted in early curiosity and shaped by years of on-site experience. From apprenticing with a general contractor to working across various residential trades and managing full-scale renovations, each step has deepened my understanding of how well-built homes come together. In 2016, I founded P. LeBlanc Construction to offer clients the highest level of quality, communication, and craftsmanship.

At P. LeBlanc Construction, design is treated as an essential part of the build process — not a layer added at the end. Careful attention to layout, proportion, and finish work ensures each space is as functional as it is beautiful.
